Ace Grip Socks was founded in 2025 by Liz Detrow after falling in love with Pilates and wanting to create grip socks that combined style and performance.

As Pilates became part of her daily routine, Liz saw an opportunity to create grip socks that were both elevated and functional, socks people would be excited to wear while still delivering the quality, support, and performance needed for movement. Every Ace sock is thoughtfully designed with premium materials, strong grip, and an athletic fit that helps you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in every class.

What started as a product quickly grew into a community.

Through pop ups, studio partnerships, and collaborations with other wellness brands, Ace connected with thousands of people who shared a love for movement and feeling good. As the community grew, so did the vision behind the brand.

That led to the launch of Ace Access, our event series focused on bringing people together through Pilates, wellness, and community. From Pilates classes and wellness pop ups to brand collaborations and special events, Ace Access creates opportunities to connect both in and out of the studio.

Today, Ace Grip Socks can be found in studios across the country and continues to grow through a community built around movement, confidence, and connection.

At its core, Ace is about creating products and experiences that make people feel good, move confidently, and enjoy being part of something bigger than a workout.
