All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
U.S. Shipping: Shipping takes 3–5 business days.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
All returns must be approved before being sent back. To request a return, please email ace@acegripsocks.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share next steps. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact ace@acegripsocks.com
within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
