Refund policy

We want you to love your Ace Grip Socks. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at ace@acegripsocks.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
